THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the lively and trendy Gazi neighborhood, this area is a hub for art and culture. At its center lies Technopolis, a former gas factory now transformed into a multipurpose cultural venue. Just 450 meters from the project, Technopolis hosts live concerts, art exhibitions, and festivals, making it one of the city’s most lively spots. Gazi is also decorated with street art and graffiti, offering a range of restaurants, tavernas, and bars that remain bustling at all hours. Its rich cultural heritage, combined with a youthful energy, attracts both locals and visitors, making it a perfect spot for contemporary living.

Architechture
The building draws from its industrial context, defined by raw metal elements, grey steel textures, and structural simplicity. The façade treatment- wrapping the building in thin, metallic layers- references the visual language of the former gas factory, while new balconies and subtle extensions reinterpret the original proportions for modern living.

Concept To Living
The interiors reflect Gazi’s industrial context through a restrained palette of metal accents, neutral plaster walls, and warm wood surfaces. The building includes studio and one-bedroom apartments, most with private balconies and large windows that bring generous natural light.
Minimal built-in furniture and clean layouts create flexible, calm urban homes.
