About us

Founded in 2021, Naia is a real estate investment and development company based in Athens, specializing in acquiring, repositioning, and enhancing assets. We manage the entire process, from identifying and acquiring properties to transforming them into residences that reflect the city's energy and provide a sense of belonging. Our approach is guided by a focus on location, selecting neighborhoods with character and potential. We plan smart, human-centered layouts that balance comfort and functionality, while maintaining interiors that feel timeless in their simplicity and attention to detail.

“In a fast-paced market, we choose to work slowly and
with intention. For us, aesthetics are the core of the product.
We acquire, design, and upgrade properties in Athens not
to flip them, but to weave them back into the urban fabric.”
