THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Located in the heart of Athens, nestled within the historic triangle of the city and adjacent to the renowned Psyri neighborhood, it is situated in the city’s central market area, which adds an authentic local energy. The neighborhood offers a diverse mix of traditional tavernas, quiet local eateries, trendy new restaurants, lively bars, boutique hotels, and shopping centers, creating a rich and engaging urban setting. This area blends the rhythm of everyday city life with a dynamic cultural atmosphere, while its central location ensures both convenience and a strong connection to Athens’ historic and social fabric.

Architechture

Arched openings define the building’s identity and will be preserved as its primary historical elements. The hotel program introduces a series of contemporary layers while respecting this architectural core: The design maintains the building’s original geometry while adapting it to a contemporary hospitality use.
