The building will include communal areas designed for both guests and locals, a ground-floor restaurant with a rear courtyard, and a rooftop bar with a pool offering city views.

Architecture
Designed by DNE Architects, the transformation of the building is guided by a dialogue between its historic character and its new hospitality program. The design preserves key elements of the original façade, including its distinctive arched openings, while introducing contemporary layers that give the building a new life.
Inspired by the vibrant colors, textures, and energy of the surrounding market, the design balances Psyri’s character with crafted, quiet interiors, creating a hospitality experience that provides calm within one of Athens’ most dynamic markets.
