Originally an office building, this bright corner building has 3 facades and 9 floors and will be transformed into approximately 67 apartments, each with a private balcony. The building will also feature a spacious commercial ground floor and a shared rooftop space with a pool, bar, and panoramic views of the city. The commercial spaces will bring new activity to the building, creating an active environment for those staying in the building while contributing to the vitality of the surrounding neighborhood. Located just 250 meters from the National Technical University of Athens, the National Archaeological Museum, and other cultural institutions, the building is closely connected to the cultural and urban life of the city.

Architecture
Designed by DECA Architecture, the transformation of the building builds on its defining architectural features, including its iconic sculptural stairwell, distinguished by expressive geometry and a distinctive green handrail. Its three open façades allow abundant light and air to enter the building, giving it a visual presence far stronger than that of a typical urban block.
The exterior will be painted in a soft aged pink inspired by preserved historic buildings in the area, while the rough stone texture of the existing façade will be retained as a heritage element.
