A 4-story building, originally used as offices, is being transformed into a living space with 23 apartments. Characterized by wide windows that bring in abundant natural light and fresh air, the building will also feature a gym and a shared rooftop space for guests to enjoy.

The Neighborhood

Located in the dynamic and evolving Omonia district, an area that has been transformed by significant investment and urban renewal, reshaping its identity while preserving its unique character. The surrounding area is home to a diverse range of arts and cultural venues, including a performing arts center, a live music venue, and museums.

Architecture

Designed by Pieris Architects, the transformation builds on the building’s existing character, preserving original elements such as its structural columns and wide window openings. The design embraces these defining features while introducing a renewed architectural language, giving the building a distinct industrial character that feels both authentic to its origins and relevant to its new use.
